Returns & refunds

You have 7 days from delivery to return anything you're not happy with, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging.

1. 1. Call or message us with your order number.
2. 2. We arrange a pickup, or you send it back to our address.
3. 3. Once it arrives, your refund goes out within 3 working days.

Damaged or wrong item? Send a photo within 48 hours and we replace it at our cost — no return needed.
